Couple of photos from Mobile Monday Sydney are up

Last night was the second Mobile Monday Sydney. We had another great turn out and this time we had two demos:
1. Cyrus Allen (Telstra) demo’d the new video IVR that guides customers through the new services on Telstra’s NextG mobile phones (HSPDA). After signing up for a new Next G phone you get a call a couple of hours later and are invited to watch a demonstration of the services. You can navigate to watch the demos that interest you. It was a combined project between Telstra and Legion Interactive.
2. Will and Sally demo’d the social network application ‘Who is in the house’ that runs across both mobile and web. Unfortunately, it didn’t work very well for me under Opera ini on my W810i, but looked great on O.P.’s K800.

There are a couple of photos of the event, and the bad photography is my fault… More photos next time and we’ll remember to charge the battery 🙂

Next Mobile Monday Sydney is on the 6th November, but keep an eye on the blog too.
